American flags are available for purchase through Michael’s office in Washington for special events, ceremonies, and celebrations. Upon request, we can have flags flown over the U.S. Capitol.

Each flag is issued a keepsake Certificate of Authenticity by the Architect of the Capitol, showing the date and occasion for which it was flown.

Please note that your payment for the flag and your order form must arrive in our Washington office at least 15 days prior to the date you would like the flag flown. It often takes up to two weeks for mail to be processed through the U.S. Capitol. Additionally, please note that flags may take up to 4 weeks to ship after they are flown over the U.S. Capitol. Requests without a specific date(s) to have a flag flown may take up to six weeks to process and ship. Please note that people are experiencing significant delays in flag delivery due to the ongoing pandemic. The Stationary Office is working as fast as they can to ship flags while they continue operating on a limited schedule.
