Today, Colorado U.S. Senators Michael Bennet and John Hickenlooper Colorado U.S. Representative Joe Neguse introduced the Replacing Essential Passports and Licenses After Certain Emergencies (REPLACE) Act, a bill to automatically waive replacement fees for critical documents lost in major disasters.
