Today, Colorado U.S. Senator Michael Bennet paid tribute to Senator Mark Udall and his service to Coloradans. In a speech on the Senate floor, Bennet recalled his work with Udall on a number of issues from the conservation of Colorado’s pristine landscapes to the fight against climate change and the promotion of renewable energy industries in our state in addition to his fierce advocacy to secure the resources needed to help Colorado recover from wildfires and floods. He urged his Senate colleagues to look to Udall as an example of the leadership needed to break the gridlock in Washington and move the country forward.
