Washington, D.C. – Today, Colorado U.S. Senator Michael Bennet, a member of the U.S. Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, issued the statement below following the Senate vote to confirm Avril Haines as Director of National Intelligence:

The Senate voted to confirm Avril Haines as the next Director of National Intelligence with an 84-10 vote.
