Denver – Today, Colorado U.S. Senator Michael Bennet held a telephone town hall where he provided Coloradans with an update on the federal response to the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) and answered questions from participants. Joining Bennet on the call were special guests Jerene Petersen from Mile High United Way, Greg Stasinos from the Colorado Office of Emergency Preparedness and Response/Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, and Mark Crisman from the Colorado Health Emergency Line for Public Information (COHELP). During the call, Bennet also discussed the Colorado priorities secured in the coronavirus aid and economic relief package (CARES Act) and the officials provided information about coronavirus-related resources available to Coloradans.
